Purpose
English classes are held at CELAS on Thursday (North Fitzroy) and Monday (Springvale) and aim to provide the Spanish- speaking community with the opportunity to improve their English skills and communication.

The objective of the program is to improve individuals’ language and communication skills and provide opportunities to expand their employment.

Target Audience :
The program is available to Spanish- speaking individuals of all ages.

Service Description :
Classes are held onsite at CELAS office Thursday (North Fitzroy) and Monday (Springvale) and are run in accordance with the school term. This program provides two levels; basic and intermediate.

• North Fitzroy: Fees for the term are $35 for 10 classes of 2 hours each.


• Springvale: Fees for the term are $50 (concession) or $108 for 3 terms. There are 9 weeks in each term and classes run for 3 hours.
