CELAS is a nonprofit organization that supports Spanish-speaking individuals and families who are facing a crisis or difficulty in achieving a fulfilling life. These services are offered to Spanish-speaking residents in the state of Victoria, Australia.

We do this directly through the following programs or services offered to the community:

The aim of our services is to relieve the immediate problems of customers and encourage them to face their difficulties based on their own abilities. Our services are developed in an atmosphere of confidentiality and security.
