CELAS is a non-profit organization which establishes programs benefiting the Spanish-speaking community in Victoria.
Becoming a member at CELAS will provide you with benefits, whether you are a professional, a client or Spanish speaker.
Your membership payment will also support the work CELAS carries out to assist people in need of Spanish speaking services.

Procedure to join as a CELAS member
- Download the CELAS Membership form
- Fill out the form with the requested information
- Once you have completed it, do not forget to mail it to CELAS together with a cheque or money order for $15.00 for individuals and $35.00 for organizations (AUD). No cash will be accepted.
See CELAS Address - You will receive a letter of acceptance signed by the CELAS Management Committee and your receipt
- After this, you will be a CELAS active member during one year after approval.

The CELAS Spanish speaking community directory is a professional guide that provides services in Spanish.
The CELAS informative newsletter provides information to more than 400 people. By becoming a member, you can promote your business, group or service via this means of communication.
What kind of scope do the Community Directory and Informative Newsletter have?
Your advertisement will reach the community through the printed version of the Community Directory. CELAS will also give your information to the people asking for your type of service by telephone or personally at our offices.
The membership has a cost of $100 dollars but you will get the benefits listed above.
How can I appear in the Community Directory or in the Newsletter?
You only have to fill in an authorization form with the information you wish to advertise and send it to CELAS.
Procedure to join as a CELAS member (For Business)
- Download the CELAS Membership form
- Fill out the form with the requested information
- Once you have completed it, do not forget to mail it to CELAS together with a cheque to Spanish Latin American Welfare Centre. See CELAS Address
